I am currently pursuing a Master's in Cybersecurity at ESME Sudria in Paris and hold an engineering degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (2020). I have 5 years of professional experience, including 3 year working with Trellix SIEM infrastructure and 2 years providing bilingual remote technical support. In parallel, I served for 3 years as a part-time professor at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, teaching the course "Computer Organization and Architecture."
My technical expertise includes Linux system administration, C/C++ programming, Python and x86-64 architecture. I am proficient in network traffic analysis and design. With a strong foundation in embedded systems, network security, and ethical hacking, I am seeking a 12–16 week internship July, 2025, where I can contribute to advanced cybersecurity operations and deepen my practical experience.

As a Customer Security Engineer (CSE) at Trellix, I specialize in troubleshooting and optimizing three core platforms—ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO), Enterprise Security Manager (SIEM), and Helix—to ensure seamless security operations and rapid incident resolution for enterprise customers. Core Troubleshooting Responsibilities ePO Issue Resolution: Diagnose and remediate policy-enforcement failures, agent communication errors, and upgrade/migration complications; validate endpoint health and compliance status. SIEM Log & Correlation Triage:Investigate missing or malformed log feeds, parsing errors, and rule-execution delays; fine-tune data ingestion pipelines and correlation rules to restore real-time visibility. Helix Alert & Workflow Debugging:Analyze failed playbook executions, API integration faults, and automation misfires; rebuild or optimize Helix workflows to accelerate containment. Partner with SOC analysts and IT teams to reproduce and isolate issues in staging and production environments.
